Our residents submit their rent payment through their resident portal. This helps streamline payment and reduce the hassle and time of mailing payment.
Once rent is collected, we pay out our management fee and any expenses that your rental has incurred since the last rent payment.
When it’s time to disburse rent payment, it is sent via ACH to the bank account you added to your owner portal during onboarding.
